Can I wear my z-coils on an airplane?

My main shoes are z-coils. They really help with my back pain. I’m going on a flight on the 19th. Will security let me through wearing them or will I need to check them in my bag? I know you can wear gel inserts and my shoes have a nice big metal spring in them so I don’t know and I don’t want to have to deal with finding some other arrangements after the fact.

You will just have to let them pass the x-ray at security.
