Where can I buy some Plain colored (perferably white/black) vans style slip-on shoes for cheap online?

I found some great converse ones for sale for $8 at target over the summer and I painted them. Now I’m looking for some to paint for money, and can’t figure out where to find them!! I’m preper under $20, I know they’re out there for cheap. any help would be awesome!!
