Which shoes to get for summer?

im from the UK, and like to wear the square check shorts, and can’t decide which are best fo a uk summer?
Nike rifts:

I’m not fond of the first ones – they’re too bright white and wouldn’t go with your shorts.
The 2nd are cool I love the hi top style, but they’d be way too warm in the Summer on the rare days that we actually get sunlight =/
