around how much money would i need to buy an entirely new spring/summer wardrobe?

when spring lolls around i want to upgrade my style a little and get myself a new wardrobe. i want at least 2 skirts, 5 pairs of nice shorts, 12 nice shirts, and some summer shoes and sandals.
around how much would this all cost and what are some moderately cheap places? i have to pay for half of what i spend and my mom will not spend more than $60 on her half – thanks

Take the 60$ add like 40 to it… go to wetseal or forever21, they have great summer clothes that are really affordable.
