Spring Shoes Canada Sizes

What would look cute with my sweater?

It’s a cute over-sized (not too much) navy blue v-neck sweater, I got it the other day and I can’t really put in in an outfit.

It would look adorable with black tights. but I live in Canada, so I can’t wear that until spring, it’s way too cold for tights now.

oh and what shoes and top underneath?
