Stylish boots/shoes for men that will keep my feet dry in the rain?

I go to Oregon State University and as most people know, it rains quite a bit here during the winter/spring.
So, I’d like a nice pair of boots that are somewhat fashionable but are also functional in keeping my feet dry when I walk to class every day.
