I have $400, where can I buy a cute new spring wardrobe that wont break my bank?

I need to update my new spring closet..and dont want to waste all of my money…where are some great places to look and what are some great fashion ideas?? shoes, shirts, shorts…ect.

Like Hannah, i would advice you to go to Forever21. Or Wetseal. If you know Garage, it could be good.
