Hot Summer Shoes For Women
What kind of shoes should my pregnant wife buy?
My wife is 5 months pregnant and the doctor wants her to buy some stable shoes. She only owns heels 2″-3″ so its gonna be tough for her to switch to flats, but we want to get something lower with a wider base under the heel. Also summer is coming so she wants something that won’t be too hot. We are having a tough time finding something she likes. What is a good quality shoe with a low heel for a pregnant woman?

These are going to be for work so flip flops are out.
I say a wider base because her heels tend to taper so she just has a “peg” on the ground
She also says anything completely flat hurts her calves since she never wears them
After reading this we will probably get a pair of all black running shoes since they have the airflow channels to keep her cool and she can get away with wearing them at work
Look into getting her some nice flip flops. Shoe stores have some that are nicer than your traditional $2 pair. I own several pairs that are very nice and could be worn in place of a pair of heels. Alot of them even still have a little bit of a raised wedge, so she wouldn’t be going entirely to flats.
I would recomend that she gets at least 1 good pair of tennis shoes as well. Sometimes these are the only things that can make walking comfortable.
