Will I be off school due to the snow?

The snows 0.1456mm in our road, and our school is state, and previously when it has snowed they have avoided sending us in due to the rough children who throw dangerous snowballs. Just because its isn’t deep, doesn’t necessarily mean we will need to attend school, does it? Its freezing too, and theirs more forecast snow. If we HAVE to go in, will we be able to wear footwear appropriate to the icy conditions? Please dont be rude, as I will report it as abuse >:(

Where do you live? I know that the schools where i live let the kids be off school because the temps are still at freezing here so when the snow begins to melt on the roads it just turns to ice so its to dangerous for the busses.
