Do you still sell bags, rubber boots or anywhere?

I get a uniform allowance of rubber boots, etc. for my work. I recently went to 3 shops different to try and buy bags, rubber boots or (outerwear), and no one has more. All stores have spring items out and is even in winter! This hard winter, I'm in Denver, was used in the two holes in my boots and rubbers, and my uniform allocation does not take effect until 11 March. Those of you who do not know what they are handbags, outerwear shoes are rubber for use on the outside of your shoes. They used to sell bags around the world, now when I need not I can find anywhere! Help!

We buy the material online at Gempler's. We've always had good service and usually have quality work clothes. My husband is a gardener and you never know what time of year you need something, so it is easier to order online.
