tight jeans with sweater dress?

I know that leggings and boots go best with a sweater dress, but I wondered if I could wear skinny jeans and flat shoes with a sweater dress. I'm 5-4 and 130 pounds. Thanks for your suggestions.

Yes you can. Actually they use and I am 5'4 and about of 128 pounds now. And people have told me that I look good in them. Actually, I saw another girl wearing it two days ago and looked good … of course I am in an environment university, with many young girls around .. but I think the combination is acceptable at any age … unless … goes shopping:) … then want to look for the best and bring high heels to make the look very fashionable.
