Birkenstock Dansko
Calling all chefs! Dansko, or Birkenstock?
Or not? or closed high heels? The indications?
Last week I was at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and it seemed that everyone wore Birkenstocks! The most popular style seemed Professional obstruction, with a Closed heel. I think people feel safer with a closed heel when things get busy. (Birkenstock has a style with a steel toe!)
