What is the best type of shoe?

I'm going to run Cross Country this year as a Junior, we have to run a total of 500 miles, 9 June-August 2 and then to run until mid October with the chance to run through Thanksgiving. Afterwhich, who will play football. What shoes are best to be working with an average of 50 miles a week. I know that the level of comfort and space are important. What do you recommend for this. Keep in mind also the price. Thank you all.

check out the store local shoe and try some mountain lions and see what people think I want to run. they are so light and comfortable and I think it is so light that have helped my speed of execution and not I am a competitive runner
